Braving Wellness helps individuals and couples heal from relational trauma, problematic sexual behavior, and the shame that keeps it hidden. We offer ongoing weekly therapy for individuals and couples, and concentrated intensives that reach in days what months of weekly work can take to touch.
Now welcoming new individual & couples clients
Who we help
Most people arrive here in the middle of something painful. Wherever you're starting from, there's a way through.
You found out, and the ground gave way. Relational trauma is real trauma. We help partners stabilize, make sense of it, and decide what comes next, without rushing you.
Your behavior has outrun your values, and willpower hasn't been enough. For anyone facing problematic or compulsive sexual behavior and ready to understand what's underneath it.
You're deciding whether, and how, to stay. Couples work here is honest and structured, focused on real repair and rebuilt trust rather than papering over the cracks.
What we are known for
When weekly therapy feels too slow, an intensive condenses the work into one or a few focused days. Held in person in the Phoenix area, with clients flying in from across the country.
Concentrated trauma work for individuals, using EMDR and ART to process relational trauma, PTSD, and long-held shame at the root. With ART, you do not have to narrate the details out loud.
